Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

There were a few hiccups in the initial stages. I think this had to do with the typical “new computer system” syndrome. But the agent with whom I dealt was always polite and helpful, and responded well to my complaints.
The trip rip itself was just about perfect.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

So many—too many to mention. The sheep dog demonstration on the Ring of Kerry was a highlight. Did a lot of walking and appreciated the central locations of all accommodations. Transportation was seamless. Guides were all FANTASTIC!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We were fortunate to get to Guinness early before opening. The lines to enter when we finished we a mile long. I think a little better clarity concerning excursion options (and some print materials vs all online) would have helped. Maybe less time in Glasgow.
