Scotland & Ireland Trip Review: Ring of Kerry, 23-Day Vacation

First and foremost, I think our travel designers did their very best. I may be a tough judge so some of my opinions might need to be taken with a grain of salt.
The plus was a planner's responsiveness to my emails, positive reinforcement, and efforts to accommodate our directives. In addition, we had some mishaps during the trip which the planner strove mightily to address so their customer care venue was very evident and appreciated. The minus were some communication and organizational matters; nothing insurmountable or unresolvable.
We were given innumerable options about what to see and do, all of which sounded great but logistically, were too much. I know these were idea options and meant to provide choices, not be graven in stone, but travel times were longer than expected so, unfortunately, more time was spent getting to places than being able to appreciate the multiplicity of tourist-worthy sites enroute.
