First of all we would like to thank you for your kind words, stars, and the number of positive points you have made. We aim to offer the highest standard of service, and we are sorry that on this occasion we misunderstood your level of interest in certain areas! We wanted to let you know that we appreciate all feedback, learn from it and apply these valuable lessons to future tours.

All of our tours are client-led and flexible, with guests given the option to stop at any given location. If I may comment on your point about being blown over by the wind, which we believe was in the Glencoe area. Scotland is a rugged and beautiful country with a temperate climate that can see the weather change very quickly, especially in the mountains. With the viewpoint car park overflowing with hundreds of other keen tourists, our guide tried to give you a quick glimpse of the area and its turbulent history. When you mentioned that you were cold, you all returned to the car immediately and where the guide finished their explanation, linking in with the Castle's history that you enjoyed from the previous day. Again we apologize if there was a miscommunication and this was not an enjoyable experience for you.
