Very responsive, very flexible and very kind. I made change after change and they just kept up with them like it was nothing. When it came time for the trip, I received reminders and even a call during my trip to make sure all was well. We had zero issues and everything worked out great! I'd highly recommend the tour company we used to anyone who's thinking about traveling to Africa.
