South America Tour Review: Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Cusco, Lima, Lake Titicaca, La Paz Salt Plains

Excellent dealing with this agent and the tour companies associated with us on the various trips. Highlights were the quick responses between the company and I, great tour itinerary that saw us really enjoying our time in the countries each and every day, the tour guides were like good friends and we didn't feel pressured to enrol/ buy anything we didn't want to at several of the tour sites. Very professional tours and would do it with the same tour group if we visited South America again. 

Only suggestions for improvement would be that when the itinerary was presented, I would have liked a selection of hotels to choose from rather than the hotel that was good given.

I would have liked a 3 tier hotel suggestion with 3star , 4 star and 5 star in the location so that I could compare.

Instead it felt like the hotels we were given was the only reference to go by. Luckily I'm an avid user of trip advisor so I researched the hotel options and, if I didn't like the choice,  had to do my research to make sure it was a good fit and in the same vicinity etc which was extra work. Also what I found interesting was the costings. The tour company gave a full price and we were left in the dark as to what the cost of the hotels were, the tour guides etc which meant we didn't know what the true cost of the tour was.

Otherwise everything was good and most importantly we felt very safe in a continent that was new to us as we're from Australia.
