South America Travel Review: Luxury Tour of Chile & Argentina, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, El Calafate, Iguazu Falls, Golf, Hiking

My husband and I have just spent the most fabulous 3 weeks in Chile and Argentina, organised to perfection by this agency. After being introduced to this travel agency via Zicasso, our agent suggested a fabulous itinerary. We found the planning process very easy, checking out various accommodation and activity suggestions on the Internet to finalise an itinerary that suited our interests and budget. Prior to the trip, we were given very detailed information which we found extremely helpful. The trip then went extremely smoothly and ended up being one of the most stress free and enjoyable trips we have ever had. All our transfers were arranged and the drivers were always present on time, courteous and informative. Our accommodation was absolutely fabulous and we loved the suggested activities/ excursions, with excellent guides. Our boarding passes were emailed to our hotel the night before, making flights very straightforward. We had phone numbers for people to help us if anything went wrong, but our agent was always very prompt replying to emails so we didn't need any local help. At the end we were presented with a beautifully bound copy of our itinerary, as a keepsake. Overall, it was the best organised trip we have ever had and we appreciated the personalised service so much. We highly recommend this company to anyone travelling to South America.
