South Pacific Tour Review: Luxury Australia & New Zealand Tour, Great Ocean Road, Melbourne, Adelaide, White Island, Milford Sound

Frankly my wife and I could pick enjoyable and memorable parts though out the trip. We love it all! Highlights were certainly the helicopter trips to White Island Volcano off the North Island of NZ and to Milford Sound south of Queenstown, NZ. The drive along the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Adelaide was also a highlight and should be done in a leisurely way as we did (3 days). We stayed in some to "die for" hotels/resorts including Lizard Is, Saffire Freycinet,Park Hyatt Sydney in Australia and Huka Lodge, Azur in New Zealand. In addition some very unique places like The Cape Otway Centre for Conservation Ecology, Oscars Waterfront Boutique Hotel in Australia and Grasmere Lodge and Te Waonui Forest Retreat in New Zealand. The Kiwi Rail Tranz Alpine trip from Christchurch to Greymouth was certainly also a highlight. But I must add that all of the tours Kate arranged were unique and significant.
