Southeast Asia Vacation Review: Solo Trip, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Animal Sanctuaries, Zip Line

This was a wonderful trip with excellent attention to detail.   I was very pleased with visit to SOI Dog Foundation and the Elephant Sanctuary. These were specifically arranged for me and I cannot say enough about them. Singapore, Kuala Lumpur Phuket Chiangmai were all well organized yet provided plenty of free time 

Of most significance is the unbelievable service I received when I became ill in Thailand. My guide was unbelievable. She provided transportation to the hospital, served as my interpreter and was in contact with my family the entire ordeal.  My guide was truly concerned and made a terrible situation tolerable. She even stayed at the hospital with me until I was able to be discharged

This was so kind and appreciated by a solo traveler. My trip planner arranged for additional hotel days while I recovered and cancelled the remainder of my trip. He later provided me with a detailed account of my losses for my insurance. This was above and beyond what I expected. My guide brought to the hotel from the hospital and made certain I had my medication and supplies. She visited me daily until I was able to head home

So, besides arranging a remarkable trip, this tour company really came through for an unexpected illness. Nothing can be more important for a solo traveler than this kind of support. The stress was completely relieved by this company.  I highly recommend this travel company. You will never regret having this kind of support and security.  Really kind and concerned professionals!
