We used the travel company to plan our recent trip to Barcelona and Mallorca.
They were excellent!! We loved the suggestions from the local rep that made our trip memorable.
We did an amazing cooking class, private walking tour in Barcelona and Palma with tapas tour!! Best way to eat some amazing local authentic food. All the private tour guides we had were amazing!! Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. It was a fantastic way to explore the cities. Aside from seeing the well-knows famous landmarks, we also did two wine tours with amazing food and a hike in the mountains of Mallorca.
The local transportation the travel company arranged was fantastic. Great vehicles, with very nice drivers that were always on time.
The company provided regular email communication. A personal call a few days before to review details. When in Spain we had a cell number we could text for emergencies or inquires and they replied right away.
We have never been on a trip so planned!! All details were taken care of. We did a ton and it was relaxing and stress free!!
We highly recommend this service!!! We will for sure use them again!!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were some many great parts.
The private yacht tour around Mallorca was amazing despite the weather not fully cooperating. We will definitely plan to explore future island trips this way.
Both wine tours in Mallorca and near Barcelona were great!!
Monserrat was beautiful and worth the drive.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only issue we had was with taxi transport at the hotel in Mallorca.
The hotel said taxi would take 5-7min. The day of the yacht tour we came to lobby over 30mins before the tour. The port was about 10mins away.
The taxi did not come for over 40minutes. We flagged one down at the hotel gate but he wouldn't take us because that cab company didn't have an agreement with the hotel. And to top it off the taxi driver that finally showed-up was not very nice and had no idea where he was going, even after the yacht tour contact gave him directions in Spanish over the phone. He dropped us off in the wrong part of the port and it took while before we round the boat.
So we were about an hours late for the yacht tour.
The tour company was great and extended the tour to ensure we go the full 7hrs planned which was really appreciated. The boat captain was great and we had a great day. But the start was frustrating.
