Spain, France & Italy Luxury Travel Review: 2-Week Vacation

Arriving early morning at first destination and having to wait until late afternoon is very difficult.  We set up the flights so we are responsible for that inconvenience.  Since we departed for JFK out of Milan, we could have stayed the night in Milan and caught the flight - would not need to get up as early to meet the car service from Como (6:30 A.M.).
