Never in all of our travel experience have we ever had a trip better planned and experienced than our recent trip to Spain.  The specialist and her team planned our trip with us, worked through every detail, answered every question and made sure that our visit to Spain was as smooth and enjoyable as it could possibly be.
The Travel Company makes good on every promise they make on their website.  After all the agenda preparation (which was continuously updated on a site) your trip begins.  A driver is always waiting for you to take you to or pick you up from.  Hotel suggestions are first class, well located, and very user friendly.  We had heard that breakfast in Spain was a roll and coffee, but the included buffet breakfasts in every hotel were wonderful.
The guides the travel company provided were exceptional in every way—knowledgeable, personable, efficient, courteous, flexible, helpful, and enthusiastic.  We not only saw the sites we were interested in, but learned the history behind them.  We come away from our recent trip with a very good understanding of Spain’s history as well as the beauty of all the architecture and art that we enjoyed.
The cell phone that was provided made it easy to contact the agent for any questions that came up.  She was always available when we called or texted.  The experience was like someone watching over us to make sure that we had a wonderful trip.
The travel company made restaurant and shopping recommendations, tailored to our specific likes and interests.  The entire trip was completely personalized.  Every aspect of the trip was smooth, on time, and hassle free.
