Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Great trip, great service and highly detailed plan on very short notice. We were very happy with the overall experience. Even when there was a booking error on part of the travel company they fixed right away and incurred the additional charges at no cost to me.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We saw 4 regions in 9 days - too many memories to compete with, but one of my favorite experiences was the Sociedad Gastronomica in San Sebastian. This truly felt like an exclusive experience.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I'd save a few bucks and forgo the Mercedes E-class. That was not a priority for us. I'm not sure we had transparency into this choice until we'd already paid and therefore no opportunity to adjust.
