Spain Vacation Review: Olive Farm & Pressing Experience, Cordoba, Prado Museum, La Sagrada Familia, Cooking Class with a Chef, Art

In general, perhaps less scheduled time and more free time to just explore the cities.  We would have loved a full day just to spend in the Prado rather than just two hours with the guide.  

More time with art galleries and less time touring cathedrals and palaces (with some exceptions such as Cordoba, the Alhambra, and Sagrada Familia).  Montserrat had beautiful views, but for us was largely a wasted afternoon. 

We loved Seville and Andalusia, so we probably would spend more time there and less in and around Barcelona. Two days in Barcelona (one for the Latin quarter and Sagrada Familia, one for the market tour and cooking class) would have been adequate.
