Tanzania & Uganda Travel Review: Wildlife, Local Cuisine, 2-Week Vacation

Andre from the travel agency was absolutely outstanding. His customer service was excellent upfront: he contacted us immediately after we entered our request, he made himself very available, he quickly understood our needs and planned things out, and he was responsive to feedback about adjustments we wanted. Additionally, his knowledge of and contacts in the area we were traveling to (Uganda and Tanzania in east Africa) were amazing: every place and organization he booked us with was top notch, and he handled every detail end to end so that we didn’t have to worry about any nuances - there was always someone kind and helpful there to guide us along, the service everywhere we stayed and with every guide was wonderful, and we felt extremely well prepared with the packing list, visa guidance, immunization details, and final itinerary details with photos and narrative. Finally, he was super responsive about everything before and during the trip whenever we had questions.
