Lenny and his team were excellent. From the initial phone call to the last drop off at the airport, the service was exceptional. They were able to understand my expectations for this trip and turn them into a reality. As a matter of fact, the actual vacation surpassed my expectations. Their selection of hotels and activities along the way were flawless.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The elephants encounter was our favorite part. The travel agency was able to schedule a private tour. We were able to experience the encounter without the crowds, therefore enjoying a one to one experience with these gentle giants.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing that had to do with the company. I would probably try to have a shorter return trip. We could have spent the last night in Bangkok instead of flying home from ko Samui.
