Eric and the travel agency were absolutely fantastic!  The communication was top notch, the overall experience was exactly what we had hoped for.  I loved the balance of activities, the fact that Eric really took time to understand our desires, and the quality of the places we stayed, the length of time in each, and the overall trip flow — everything was fantastic.  Eric was also really communicative and prepared, had everything worked out seamlessly, and even met us in person in Bangkok when we arrived to go through everything.  We couldn’t be happier with our time and hope to work with Eric and his team again!
