Thailand Luxury Vacation Review: Chiang Mai, Phuket, Bangkok, 11-Day Trip

Our travel company was very responsive and quick to help with small problems (ie. taxi not showing up) whenever we contacted them. Zicasso’s tour operator handled all travel and hotel arrangements flawlessly.

My advisor was very flexible and re-arranged aspects of the trip as needed. I realized midway through that I would not be able to do two treks, which he proposed, and he quickly filled those adventures with other sites/activities. He was also very willing to change guides for us on our second day in Bangkok.

Our tour guide in Chiang Mai was fantastic, always very prompt and attentive to our needs. He graciously helped me with some of the trickier mobility aspects of the trip, like walking a trail with elephants and climbing stairs in temples. He provided just the right amount of information, answered all of our questions, and was very engaging, patient, and delightful.

The hotels were wonderful, especially those in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
