We experienced an absolutely amazing trip as a result of the high level of service and professionalism of this travel team.  The travel planner, the travel team's owner worked directly with us from the start and developed a wonderful itinerary that allowed us to experience the best of Thailand.  Each of the activities and hotel accommodations was spectacular and not just a stop at the usual "tourist" sites.  We were particularly impressed with the guides our planner arranged for us.  During the Chaing Rai - Chaing Mai segment we really had a great connection with our guide and driver and felt like we were traveling with good friends.  One of the most amazing things is that we experienced no difficulties or issues during our travels - a testament to the team's high level of service.   We did request a hotel change in the middle of the trip and the planner was able to accommodate us without fuss.  We presented our request and he got it done quickly without any impact on our experience.  If you are considering a trip to Thailand the travel team is your source.  They delivered a friendly, personable and high level of service that made our trip unforgettable!
