Thailand Vacation Review: Bangkok, Thai Cooking Class, Six-Day Trip

Zicasso’s coordinators were very good at keeping us informed about what steps we needed to take to find our flights from Tokyo, as well as following up with details as they arose. They confirmed everything with us many times to ensure all was in order.

Both of the hotels arranged by our travel company were great! They were very clean, great value for the money, and had restaurants on site that served delicious Western and Thai food. We would definitely stay at either of them again.

Our local guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating, wanting to ensure our every desire was met for a great experience. Whether it was where to stop for lunch or where to find specific souvenirs to take home, she made sure it happened. Our drivers, though different every day, were always prompt, courteous, and safe.

The Thai cooking class was one of the highlights of the trip and I would highly recommend it! The teacher was entertaining, the class was well-organized, and the food was delicious!

The street food tour in Bangkok was also good. Our guide was fun, very knowledgeable, and flexible. Our only mistake was scheduling both on the same day, which we did for our travel timing. It was simply too much food in one day. All great, but too much food for us, personally.
