Travel Agent Review, Australia 3-Week Vacation Tour

Outstanding! This tour company could not have done a better job in planning (our trip planner is awesome) and executing all the logistics of our trip. We had 7 different flights within Australia, fourteen tours and a dozen airport pickups/drop-offs and all but one went smoothly. One charter bus pick-up for a connection came earlier than they were supposed to and we had to arrange for transportation instead. But this gave us an opportunity to call the travel partner on the group and their response and concern was appreciated. Our trip planner responded a day later explaining the mix-up and reimbursed us for the missed connection. 

I can't sing my praises enough for this tour company and our trip planner!
