Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Wonderful trip. There were a few things on iternary that could have been planned out a little better or had more explanation but we made it work.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Uluru overnight trip was so fun.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

More time between flights if you have to go through customs. We missed a flight cause of this. Also less bus rides. One of our boat tour activities did not advise there was a 4 hour bus ride too and from boat ride, that was rough with no warning. Also no major activities first day after international flight. I had major jet lag then got sea sick and dehydrated on top of it. Rough first couple days. We got into our first hotel later than planned due to missed flights and had to be up early the next am.

We were sorry to hear you missed your connection in Melbourne on arrival, the connecting time of 1 hour 30 minutes in Melbourne is a legal connecting time set by the airline and as at Melbourne Airport it is walking distance between the international & domestic terminals, we do not usually have missed connections. We are sorry it was a stressful start to your trip and you experienced severe jetlag. Given the limited time in each location we typically schedule tours on the first full day after arriving at the destination to maximize your time seeing the area, as you only had two full days in the Cairns area we scheduled a day at the Great Barrier Reef and a day at the Daintree Rainforest, however if any of our clients don't want so much touring included we are happy to leave the time in the destination as free time.

We completely appreciate the day tour to Milford Sound is a long day with a significant amount of coach transfer time from Queenstown included, the itinerary did outline the times involved but we certainly appreciate your feedback regarding not realizing how much coach travel was involved and we apologize we did not make this clearer, based on your feedback we have updated all of our itinerary descriptions to outline this point.
