Travel Agent Review: Switzerland & Austria, Vienna, Zurich, Goms Region, Zermatt, Matterhorn

If it was possible, I would give this tour company 6 stars. Their service was way beyond anything I have experienced. We live in Australia and so we were unsure about dealing with a company in Slovenia, but they had arranged our itinerary before some of the travel agents in Australia had even returned our calls. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Emails and enquires were answered immediately. 

 When we arrived in Vienna our tickets and information were waiting for us at our hotel, along with an emergency number. This emergency number was used three times. The first time was 8.00 on a Sunday morning when our flight to Innsbruck was cancelled because of a blizzard. Within an hour we had airline tickets for Zurich, a hotel booked and train routes organised. Similar occurrences happened two more times because of the severe snow conditions.  Our tour planner was always on the end of the phone, calm,professional and always solving the problem.

The hotels  she selected were all wonderful, especially the hotel in Zermatt. Every where we went we were given an upgrade as requested by our travel planner.

From now on, we will always use this tour company where ever we travel in the world and we have told our friends about the tour company.
