Travel Review for Across the Pond Vacations : A trip to Scotland

The trip was a big success both for me and my Dad. This Scotland travel company did an excellent job understanding what kind of itinerary and accommodations I was looking for and presented a great plan back to me within a day or two. They were very efficient (I needed a very short turnaround time as I started firming up my trip only 3 weeks prior to the planned departure date) and very flexible and patient (I wanted to revise the plan a couple of times). The binder I received that summarized all the information I needed to know and contained all the entry passes/vouchers, etc. was extremely clear and well-organized.

Once in Scotland, everything was taken care of as they had promised. I truly did not have to do any work (no need to stand in line for tickets, figure out where out-of-town tours leave from, etc.) -- everything was clearly documented in the binder and all the tickets were pre-purchased and in order. This was a different type of vacation for me -- I was able to enjoy it much more as I did not have to be in charge of the 'logistics'. The hotel was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Zicasso and the travel company to anyone!!!
