Travel Review: Africa Safari, South Africa, Tanzania, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Ndutu, Great Migration

We used this safari travel company for our recent trip to Africa and they were amazing!

We really didn't know where to go in Africa, but our agent was just awesome in helping us to determine based on the time of year and our interests what would be best. They were right on! We had a 10 star trip; the arrangements were fantastic, our guides were the best, transfers were seemless with no worries. We had a private guide for our first week. He picked us up at the airport and guided us through Tanzania to Ngorogoro, Ntutu, Serengeti and dropped us at our flight to S. Africa. He was knowledgeable and hospitable. The accomodations were fabulous! The tent camps of Entamanu, Lake Masek, Lemala were just amazing. The staffs were the best! So welcoming. I'm so glad our agent arranged the trip as she did, we had a total of15 days of game drives and all of them were incredible!

In S. Africa we had a different experience staying 4 days each in 2 different lodges. Phinda Forest Lodge and Ulusaba. In both cases we had a fabulous time! These are very, very good lodges and I would recommend both of them. Their accomodations, guides, food and staff were incredible.

This is the second time we've used Zicasso (previously we went to Portugal and Spain). I can't say enough about the quality of the travel agency's they have linked us to. Two of the best vacations ever!
