Travel Review: Anniversary Vacation in Italy, Rome, Venice, Florence, Milan, Tuscany, San Gimignano, Chianti, Wine Tasting

We very much enjoyed our trip to Italy and the itinerary that was setup by this travel agency was exactly what we asked for.  The hotels arranged for us were perfect boutique hotels, within close walking distance to several “must see” sites.  Our style of travel is to first visit an area and learn about it so that we can revisit the locations with more knowledge at a future date. Because of that, we asked for individual tours in each city we planned to visit.   Each of our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.  In addition to that, they recommended local restaurants, and informed us of additional sites to tour on our own time.  We especially enjoyed our guides in Milan, Venice, Florence and Rome. 

My husband and I appreciated the private transfers to/from the airports and train stations.  This significantly increased our vacation enjoyment and decreased our stress levels.  Another wonderful benefit of arranging travel with this company was the international cell phone delivered to us on our first day with pre-programmed phone numbers.  This was extremely helpful. 

Lastly, our travel agent was always very gracious, courteous, and responsive to our needs starting with my initial email contact about a trip, during our itinerary preparations and continuing during and after our vacation.  I highly recommend this travel agent and his company.
