Travel Review: Argentina & Brazil, 13-Day Vacation, Iguazu Falls, El Calafate Glaciers, Ushuaia

Most of the trip was fine. The hotels in Ushuaia and El Calafate were not true 5 star hotels and we noticed there were better hotels in each city. The automobiles in several cases were too small. Both of us drive large S class Mercedes and the cars could not even fit our luggage in some cases. We will demand first class cars in addition to better hotels in the future. For the most part the tour guides were well informed and interesting. The tour guide/driver in El Calafate was exceptional. The Argentina local airline premium economy class las kike business class in other countries and we were happy with that even though we always fly first class everywhere. We were not happy with the change of personnel at this travel company at the last moment. A travel specialist was fine but we had not worked with her in making our travel arrangements. Richard and I were very ill due to a badly cooked dinner on the boat in Ushuaia and the specialist was very helpful in getting a doctor at the hotel in Iguazu Falls for Richard.
The helicopter flight in Ushuaia was cancelled by the company due to inclement weather and we would like a refund for that ASAP.
The travel company is 4 1/2 stars.
