Travel Review: Australia, New Zealand, Sydney, Melbourne, Rotorua, Great Ocean Road, Milford Sound, Franz Josef Glacier

Our trip to Australia and New Zealand was to sum up, Perfect! It was the first time I used a travel company like this, as I would normally do all the booking myself. Since this trip was more complex, I decided to contact Zicasso and then selected this travel agency because of their expertise with New Zealand, even though the other 2 responses I got were timely and with good credentials.  After a few emails, 2 calls and a couple of itinerary drafts we decided on about 95% of what our agent recommended.

We expected to have a great time and we were not disappointed at all. Everything worked 100%, right from drivers, to hotels, to flights, to tours, to the length of time in each location. There was not even the tiniest glitch.
