With just a few brief exchanges, this travel agent customized our vacation with many exciting activities that exceeded our expectations. Every detail was taken care of, all of the hotels were lovely, and all of the transfers went very smoothly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our favorites included the awesome Rome food tour, the Florence cooking class, the tour of the Vatican museums with a very knowledgeable guide, and the Lake Como hike with a great private guide. We also really enjoyed our unstructured time, especially the two days of driving through the Tuscan countryside in our rental car.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Stay longer! Seriously, we felt that our time was too short to truly appreciate most of our locations, and that we could easily have filled twice the time we had. We also would have skipped the day trip to Cinque Terre. While the landscape there is beautiful, the day felt incredible rushed and we were unable to appreciate any of it.
