It was a fantastic trip, even better than we anticipated. This travel agency did a great job.  All of the guides were very personable and knowledgeable, flexible when we wanted to take more time and understanding of our special needs.  I felt that the travel company was paying close attention to us throughout our trip.  The few times I emailed I received prompt responses.  They were also accommodating, even when we requested a last-minute change to our itinerary.  When an issue arose regarding one of our tours, they followed up to get all of the details to help us find a resolution.
