This Ecuador travel company was very professional and helpful from the get go. Every aspect of the trip was well taken care of and we felt safe and comfortable throughout. The reservations and billing were handled with care. Information about the location and itinerary were provided well in advance for us to be able to do the research we needed to do to get ready for the trip. I had very specific diateray requirements on my trip to the Galapagos and they found a boat that could accomodate those. Our flight during a transit to the Islands was delayed and then canceled. I was concerned that we might miss our boat in the Galapagos but this travel company immediately established communication with the boat to inform them of the flight situation. We could not have done that on our own. I dinged a star because there was some continued confusion about me and my sisters' name and passport infomation. In Quito, the travel agent local representative gave us pre-filled immigration forms in which my sister's and my information was interchanged despite providing all the details for both of us well in advance. This caused a little bit of confusion and angst as we were not sure what we could have done at that point.
