Travel Review: Custom Galapagos Cruise Vacation

we loved it and it went really well. unfortunately the Quito office of Red Mangrove Inn did not communicate w the Galapagos Red Mangrove so they didn't know we were coming. But Andrew at this Ecuador travel agency was right on it and fixed the snaffoo. As a result we got bumped up in accommodations, open bar, free massages. they really made up for their mistakes.
