Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We decided on the location and planned the trip to the three Italian cities of Venice, Florence and Rome only about a month before. Using this travel agency thru Zicasso was key to getting hotels with great locations, good tour guides, transfer arrangements and proper timing for touring of all the cities. The trip went very smoothly and we were able to focus on enjoying the trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

After a long winter being able to walk and see so many sights in such a short of time was so enjoyable! Using the tour guides helped present the unique history of each city but also had plenty of time to explore on our own such as walking into many churches that we walked by. The trip was planned wonderfully. On a clear morning climbing to the top of the Duomo to see the expanse of the city of Florence was breathtaking.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have detailed the locations of the recommended restaurants so the information was at hand when we needed. With just a name and general vicinity we did not end up using as many of the recommendations as we could have.
