Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This Italy travel agency was instrumental in helping to obtain reasonable air flights, setting up great tours and venues for us to see, listening and then suggesting places to visit and stay all the while keeping within our budget. They were prompt in replying to my questions and requests. I usually plan my own trips, but I definitely appreciated their expertise, advising, and plan for our trip to Italy. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The UNSCO villages of Cinque Terre were amazing, although each town and city throughout Italy that we visited had unique things to see and do. I couldn't choose one because everything we did or saw was enjoyable and memorable. Our two weeks were well planned and flowed very nicely thanks to Zicasso. Tuscany and our stay at Antico Borgo di Tignano with Gabriella and family was the most relaxing and I wish I could have stayed there longer.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I don't think I would stay at B&B's (most aren't the same as I've experienced in the US), and I would request that my room was off the main streets. Italians like to party late into the night, but after a long day of walking and touring I was ready for sleep.
