Travel Review: Customized Vacation to Italy - Rome, Cinque Terre, and Tuscany

Hilary was amazing. Planning the trip was fun because she was the expert but she allowed me to customize to what we wanted.
There were a few glitches in our itinerary (the hotel had a flood in our room before we arrived). Hilary was available to us to change to another location that we ended up not liking. Then on a Saturday afternoon we were able to get her to change once again. We didn't like having to move but we were flexible with it all. Hilary found Villa Cicolina which was one of my favorite places of the whole trip.
