They were terrific to work with right from the start.  They responded quickly to my inquires and helped me plan a wonderful trip. My husband and I decided to take the trip on short notice and they were still able to get us on wonderful tours and into great accommodations.  They were available by phone and email and made sure that I was happy every step of the way. They also had an on the ground representative in Budapest who met with us and was our contact while on our trip in case we needed anything. The tour guides they had for our private tours were amazing!! Our experience with this travel agency was excellent.  I would work with them again.
