Travel Review: European Honeymoon, France, Italy, Spain, Barcelona, Paris, Loire, Valley, Venice, Florence, Rome, Tuscany

We have traveled many places in the world but generally as part of group of 30 or so with a prearrange itinerary.  But, for our first trip to Europe, we wanted to do it "on our own".  We wanted to go to France, Italy, and Spain, but that was about the extent of our plans.  We searched the web for European vacation ideas but were totally overwhelmed by the numerous choices; it was of little help.  We are both busy and just didn't have to the time to weed through it all and work out the details.  

We ran across Zicasso, and the reviews sounded great so figured it was worth a try.  It worked precisely as advertised. We filled out the questionnaire and heard from two travel agents within a couple of days.  We talked to both and picked this travel agency as they specialized in exactly the places we wanted to go.  After spending an hour or so on the phone with them going over the many suggestions and recommendations they made, they drafted an itinerary for us.  After reviewing and making a few tweaks we had the exact vacation we wanted.  From that point on they took care of all the details.  They booked some wonderful boutique hotels, arranged transfers to and from each destination, train and plane tickets, car rental, numerous small skip-the-line group tours, you name it.  We generally had one organized activity a day and free time  to explore on our own.

If you want to travel in Europe, I can't more highly recommend this agency and if your plans take you elsewhere, then Zicasso is the place to start.
