This travel agency was very helpful.  We had an issue with the transfers between cities.  The vehicle was not adequate for 8 people and driver.  We did address our concerns with one of Jay Way's contacts in Eastern Europe.  He was able to arrange two vehicles for two transfers, which were 7 hour days.  That made a difference for us.  We thought we were going to be in a bigger vehicle from the beginning.    everything else was good.
