Our agent went above and beyond planning our trip as well as assisting us with several personal issues while on the trip. We have never used a travel company to arrange a trip and were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went and how well this agency understood what we wanted. We were particularly impressed at the careful attention to the pace of the trip, quieter paced days after vigorous days of touring were welcomed and if we were planning on our own, would not have thought of to do.
