Travel Review: Family Trip to Australia & New Zealand, Auckland, Sydney, Queenstown, Phillip's Island Penguin Parade, Dart River

I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from everyone at this travel agency.  They really try to personalize your tour to the things you like - but then throw in something unexpected that makes it even better.  All of our contacts were all so helpful.  When we had a little weather issue, they made sure we were able to reschedule our event.  We had so much fun - the kids are already asking for a return trip.

Simply, this trip was AMAZING!  We had a wonderful time.  All the tour operators that we used in Australia and New Zealand were fabulous.  I have to give a shout out to the tour company.  They were all fantastic and made Australia truly memorable.  New Zealand is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.  People were great and so friendly.  Our hosts at Bronte Country Estates were just wonderful to us.  Their accommodations were beautiful and the food was delicious.  I can honestly say, we didn't have one bad experience.
