Travel Review: Family Trip to New Zealand & Australia, Auckland, Queenstown, Waiheke Island, Milford Sound

This was a vacation of a lifetime. We had wanted to go to New Zealand for years and finally went for it. It was such a long way to go and so many options, so we felt we needed a partner to help us focus on what would be best for us. Our travel agent talked to us, got to know us and created an agenda that fit in what things were important for me, my husband and my daughter. The communication throughout the process was awesome. Helpful reminders, the agenda via email as well as upon arrival. Vouchers were organized for everything planned and information for spontaneous needs was also readily available. It was so easy to relax and enjoy because we had it all covered.
