Overall our agent and her team put together a very enjoyable schedule for enjoying the delights of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.

The service at all the hotels was excellent - only wish we could have spent longer at each destination. 

A special mention with regards to our driver who was very professional and friendly.

I would say of the three tour guides we had the chap we had in Agra was the best in terms of being very engaged, could relay the historical details with great knowledge and was very personable.

One point to note was to ensure you take a copy of the detailed itinery with you as sometimes the information was not always correct at the hotel or the tour guide as to what was included in the rate. This issue was always handled by direct contact with Mona who would iron out the details but I do feel that when working at luxuary travel bracket this sort of oversight should not happen.
