Travel Review: Family Vacation to Italy, Rome, Venice, Florence, Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, Sistine Chapel, Vatican

The trip was fantastic.  I have 4 kids ranging from 10 to 18. Our agent and team worked with my wife and I, listened to our desires for our trip (see this, see that, where do we rest, where is the best spot to have our hotel, etc.) and put together an exceptional 10 day tour of northern Italy.  From the first interaction where 3 agents responded until little additions we wanted during the trip, our agent and team were always there and very responsive.  We had drivers and tour guides every day in 4 different cities.  The handoffs were seamless, everyone spoke good english and the tour guides were all exceptional.  They even kept my kids engaged when all they wanted to do was sleep.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.
