Dear Malcolm thank you for giving us a 5 star stellar review with regards to your recent travel with us.  
Clearly you were pleased with our services! We also wanted to clarify through later communications upon your return to Australia that you did mention you would have changed a few things that you ended up booking on your own.  It seems like some of the services that you elected to book directly  even though at a lower cost ended up not being to your expectations.   Had you only relied on our recommendations with regards to our private tours, hydrofoil services (and not ferries) and well as our meet/greet services we know your trip would have been a lot better and exactly what you wished you would have experienced.   
Booking tours, transfers and other services or course vary in price and if you book them online it’s a gamble as to whether these services will turn out to be of quality or not.   Many of our clients rely on our expertise and our many excellent reviews are a proof of this.   We also take pride in offering “quality services” rather than mass tourism or low cost types of budget trips.   Everything that we offer has been handpicked  by us and tested by us prior to offering these services to our clients.  We thank you again for acknowledging us and giving us a stellar review.
