Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall, a very good experience. It pays to have a general idea of what you want to see and do when you start planning the trip, but the travel company really helped put that vision together with some great recommendations. It is also nice to have someone take care of all the flights, transfers, lodging and visas.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The Great Barrier Reef
Mt. Cook, NZ
Walter Peak High Country Farm (outside Queenstown, NZ)
Milford Sound, NZ (some call it the "eighth wonder of the world." It was cloudy, cold and nasty the day we were there...but still spectacular)

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would definitely look into an inexpensive underwater camera (I think you can buy those as disposable) for the Great Barrier Reef. Instead I came back home with only memories of the incredible things I saw.
