This New Zealand tour company is a wonderful travel company and Jillian is a delight to work with. We had only a basic idea of what we wanted to do in New Zealand when we started our trip planning. Jillian patiently worked with us as our plans developed and changed and offered great suggestions. We liked all the inns, lodges, and b & b's that Jillian booked for us and our excursions were amazing. We did not encounter one problem with vouchers or tour companies or airlines. Really the trip went off without a hitch. Of course, having amazing weather the entire 3 weeks was a plus and I cannot credit Jillian for that! We criss crossed the South Island for most of the trip and then spent about 5 days on the North Island. We went to two fly fishing lodges during our stay, Fiordland and Poronui and both were amazing. Beautiful lodges and wonderful food. New Zealand is the most beautiful country we have ever visited. We loved the landscape, the sea life, and the incredibly friendly people. We would love to return someday and we would not hesitate to work with Jillian again. She is great.
