Kirsten was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She made every reservation for us in advance, from rental car, to walking tours, to restaurants, etc. Every hotel, restaurant and excursion exceeded our expectation. She was exceptionally helpful with providing information regarding the guidelines for traveling to Iceland during the pandemic. Her guidance alleviated a great amount of stress for us, to the point that I don't want to ever plan my own trip again!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Blue lagoon was worth the hype - it may be very touristy, but Kirsten booked our reservation for the early morning, so we were able to beat the crowds. We also loved the Southeast Coast of Iceland - Glacier Lagoon Boat Tour & Glacier Hike.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If I were to take our trip again, I would have done more research on the best times to visit the active Volcano. While it is close to the airport and an easy stop on the way to your return flight, we did not have nearly enough time to hike the paths that actually take you up close.
