I’m sure that someone, somewhere can find an effective way to deal with eastbound travelers that arrive at their destination at 8:00 am.  Most hotels aren’t equipped to provide rooms before 1:00 pm in high season, so the early arrivals are consigned to walking tours that they are too tired for or to lounge around in the hotel’s lobby looking like refugees from “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles”.
