Travel Review: Italy Anniversary Trip, Rome, Amalfi Coast, Florence, Tuscany, Vineyards, Food Tour, Bike Tour, Cooking Class

Looking for a travel agency to help us plan our 30th anniversary trip to Italy, our trip planner put together a fabulous itinerary. She asked about our interests and included a nice variety of activities that matched what we were hoping to do. After sending me a draft of ideas, she was flexible and responsive to a few changes that I requested. Our 12-day trip included visiting 4 different areas with many tours and private transfers. Without exception, our trip flowed smoothly as planned. All the private drivers and tour guides were all on time and reservations were made and honored as expected. There were absolutely no problems or surprises. Throughout the trip, our trip planner's assistant checked in with us. It was so nice to feel that they were available in case we needed them. Frequent communication from them made us feel like they really cared about us and we knew they wanted us to have a great trip.
