My husband and I decided to fulfill a "bucket list" wish and plan a trip to Italy for our 20th anniversary. We had never traveled to Europe before and were apprehensive about how to choose lodging, tours, and central locations. There was no need for concern with this travel agency on board!

From the first contact with our agents we were in excellent hands. We began with a personal phone call so that our needs could be communicated clearly. Each email contact was responded to promptly and professionally. Our entire trip went off without a hitch. We could relax on each leg of it knowing that our travel agency had managed everything!

Our hotel rooms were all centrally located. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Our drivers (sans one) were prompt and efficient. Everything was laid out for us and waiting for our arrival. We could not be happier!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I would have to say the private tours were the most enjoyable part of our trip. Everything that our agents suggested was more than we could have asked for. We met amazing people! I cannot imagine visiting the Uffizi Museum, Pompeii, or The Vatican without the information/education we were given by the tour guides! We also LOVED our cooking class in Rome!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Now that we know the train system, we would probably book our trains on our own. We liked having a driver to take us to hotels rather than dragging our suitcases around looking for our hotels. We only had one driver (in Rome) who was a little flaky.

Really, there is nothing I would change about our trip. We absolutely loved it! Thank you to our agents and their company for the perfect trip of a lifetime. Our memories will be with us forever!
