Our trip to Italy was over a year in the making and it didn't disappoint. Our travel planner and her team were helpful in every aspect of the trip. What set them apart was their willingness to listen to our interests and make recommendations accordingly. We didn't have to worry about the details such as transfers and train schedules as they handled all of it! Finally, we were provided a cell phone with preloaded contact numbers to use on our trip. This came in handy for navigating some of our travel within Rome and Florence.
